14 Ways To Start A Fat Release Lifesyle

You don’t need to wait until you start a full blown weight loss program to shed a bit of belly fat or get rid of those few extra pounds that have been nagging you. Begin with these few simple steps to get you going in the right direction. Don’t be fooled by the simplicity and ease of them. These are very powerful actions you can take. Just get started TODAY and be amazed at how fast you can get results without even trying! You deserve to fit into your favorite pair of jeans again!


  1. Drink a glass of water when you wake up each morning. Tip… fill up your glass in the evening and put it on your night stand so it’s there waiting for you in the morning.
  2. Eat a breakfast high in protein and good fats to start your day. A couple of pasture raised eggs cooked with grass fed butter or coconut oil served with an avocado drizzled with olive oil for example.
  3. Stop using artificial sweeteners & creamers. Artificial sweeteners have been shown to cause more harm than good.
  4. Reduce your coffee intake to 1 cup per day. Or try something unheard of… quit completely! Wink
  5. Toss out all “fat free” and “sugar free” products.
  6. Start believing that you can accomplish your fat loss goal without entertaining doubt. (This is a biggie!)
  7. Don’t be obsessed about how much you weigh. Hide the scale and focus more on how your clothes fit.
  8. Don’t forget healthy snacks between meals. E.g. 12 or so raw soaked almonds, a hard boiled egg, apple slices with almond butter, a banana, etc…
  9. Eat your protein, healthy fats, & vegetables.
  10. Try leisure walks daily instead of jogging.

  12. Have dinner at least 3 to 4 hours (ideally 6) before you go to bed and avoid late night snacking.
  13. Eat vegetables at every meal. Eat then raw as often as possible.
