- 6 organic non-sulfur treated apricots
- 3 teaspoons raw blue cheese
- a small handful of raw chopped pistachio nuts
- Arrange your apricots on a small plate, pressing them flat.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of blue cheese on top of each apricot.
- Sprinkle pistachios onto the cheese!
Optional: Broil them for 30 seconds – 1 minute so cheese slightly melts right before eating!
