• 6 organic non-sulfur treated apricots
  • 3 teaspoons raw blue cheese
  • a small handful of raw chopped pistachio nuts



  1. Arrange your apricots on a small plate, pressing them flat.
  2. Add 1/2 teaspoon of blue cheese on top of each apricot.
  3. Sprinkle pistachios onto the cheese!


Optional: Broil them for 30 seconds – 1 minute so cheese slightly melts right before eating!
