Frozen Coco-Fruit Lollies

INGREDIENTS:

  • Sliced organic fruit such as kiwis, strawberries, mangoes, peaches, pineapple or berries
  • Fresh coconut water
  • A few drops of fruit flavored stevia
  • Ice lolly molds

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place fruit slices in the molds.
  2. Drop your stevia into the coconut water, stir and pour into the molds until they are filled to the top.
  3. Close the lids and freeze for about 12 – 24 hours before eating!

These are great for kids and adults alike!

Weiser tip: You can also add all ingredients in your blender…. blend until smooth and then add the contents to the molds!
