Its circulatory system is like one big filtering & purification plant. Carrots when combined with vitamin C, reduces the risk of developing cataracts severe enough to require surgery. The pectin content of the carrot is effective in lowering blood cholesterol levels. Carrot juice helps to detoxify the liver which allows healing and restoration to take place easier. Carrots & carrot juice also promotes the excretion of uric acid (for gout sufferers) & is a natural diuretic. It is known that carrots are one of the richest natural sources of beta carotene. Carrot Juice

2 medium organic carrots
1 cup of filtered water
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Blend all ingredients for 1 minute or until smooth

Carrot Cooler

2 organic carrots
1 organic apple
1 inch piece of fresh ginger
Juice ingredients and top with a pinch of ground cardamom

Fat Burner

2 organic carrots
2 organic celery stalks
1 inch piece of fresh ginger
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Juice all ingredients and stir in cayenne pepper
