Simple Paleo Bread


  • 5 organic eggs
  • ¼ cup coconut oil or softened grass fed butter
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1¼ cups almond flour
  • 4 tbsp coconut flour
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1½ tsp baking soda
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a mixing bowl or food processor mix the eggs, oil (or butter), honey and vinegar.
Add almond flour, coconut flour, flaxseed, salt, and baking soda to the mix.
Mix wet and dry ingredients.
Add the batter into a small greased loaf pan, using your hands to even it out.
Bake for 30 minutes until the middle is baked (toothpick test).
Let cool and enjoy!
